GS Systems are proud to announce a new working relationship with the Elle R Leisure Group, starting with the reopening of the hugely popular restaurant, Albert’s, on Barlow Moor Road in Didsbury. 

With a brand new food menu, signature cocktails and wider selection of beers, Albert’s re-opened earlier this month with a freshly updated interior, extended bar area and an improved outdoor terrace. The half-a-million pound refurbishment marks the restaurant’s 10-year-anniversary with a new colour scheme and interior style which creates a more up to date, relaxed feel using a muted, earthy palette as well as utilising more greenery both inside and out the venue.

As part of their exciting journey of growth, Elle R Leisure have installed a restaurant management solution complete with fully integrated EPoS and stock management, handheld ordering and digital kitchen management systems to complement their customer service.

This is the 2ndinstallation of the 5 site rollout with GS Systems, with the other 3 sites to follow suit within the next few weeks.

In the initial stages, the Elle R Leisure operations team trialled a complete solution at Albert’s in Worsley. Within a short space of time, the “real-time’ data from the Kitchen Management System showed positive changes in the service times and a valuable insight into the operations.

The GS Kitchen Display System is extremely comprehensive and provides essential management information to help drive consistency of service for any size of business. Optimising the communication process between your kitchen and front of house staff is a critical element to improving consistency, speed and quality of service. Traditional paper checks are really effective but can sometimes present their own challenges and have limitations.

With a kitchen management system, orders entered on a PoS terminal or handheld ordering device appear instantly on kitchen display screens. These can be configured to display order information used to manage preparation in the kitchen and help communication between kitchen and front of house staff.
