Brazilian restaurant chain and GS client Viva Brazil is set to open its fifth site in Birmingham city centre later this summer.
The company is opening the 200-coverm two floor £1.2m restaurant, creating 40 jobs.
Founder and managing director Andy Aldrich told the Birmingham Post: “This is a major milestone for our business and signifies our long-term ambition to create a fantastic dining experience in the heart of Birmingham.”
Viva Brazil is an authentic-style Brazilian steakhouse where professional passadors move from table to table, hand-carving a selection of slow-cooked meats from large skewers in front of customers.
The company launched in Liverpool in 2010 and has sites in Glasgow and Cardiff with a fourth opening in Newcastle later this summer.
