The ALMR is continuing to lobby to prevent onerous new burdens being placed on businesses on the handling of tips and service charges.
The Association has had two constructive meeting with the team at BIS on next steps, as well as the Tourism Alliance, Unions, Ministers and Backbench MPs setting out constructive proposals to increase transparency and improve self regulation.
The ALMR continue to need more data from operators to develop a cost benefit analysis and input into the consultation and wants as many operators as possible to complete its online survey.
