Independent EPOS specialists GS Systems will be showcasing an inexpensive, easy-to-use online table restaurant reservations tool London’s Casual Dining show (22-23 February 2017).
Visitors to Casual Dining can download MAX Bookings for Windows when they visit stand M247.
They can also take advantage of a special a 30-day free trial launch offer saving operators their first month’s subscription and one-off activation fee.
MAX Bookings for Windows, part of the modular MAX Suite of technology tools developed by GS, allows casual dining businesses to maximise cover yields without having to accept the expensive per cover costs of other table booking systems.
An intuitive, easy-to-use table reservations Windows-based system, MAX Bookings seamlessly integrates into an operator’s own website and social media platforms such as Facebook.
Restaurant yields are optimised courtesy of smart “Table Maximizer” functionality, matching facilities with booking information to intelligently allocate tables to optimise usage.
Additional functionality includes wait list management, a client database which includes a full history of their visits, automatic booking confirmations and reminders via e-mail and text and business reporting.
MAX Bookings subscriptions start at under £50 per month. Free e-mail and telephone support is automatically included in the recurring monthly fee.
“Operators only pay a small monthly fee and can take unlimited online bookings without any extras being added. We’ve talked to many operators while we’ve been developing MAX Bookings and have been amazed at the extra costs.
