Baa Bar is one of the north west’s most iconic and popular late night bar concepts. First launched in 1991 in Liverpool, the brand currently has seven outlets and is rolling out across the region with new sites in Leeds, Birmingham and Sheffield in the pipeline. In this video Baa Bar finance director Andrew Blackburn explains why they commissioned GS Systems to provide over 70 EPOS touchscreen terminals and a head office central management solution – and the reporting and business intelligence at site and head office level necessary to help the business grow. GS was one of three EPOS providers tendering for the contract and appealed because of its experience with similar hospitality and leisure businesses. Already Andrew is seeing tangible benefits from the new EPOS solution with bespoke reports and stock reporting, giving Baa Bar greater visibility.
