More than two thirds of hospitality businesses anticipate an increase in employee wages this year according to the Barclays Employers’ Survey 2014, which questioned over 650 businesses across all sectors. Nearly half of the businesses interviewed were concerned about wage pressure according to the report featured in the Caterer and Hotelkeeper.
