A glitzy new £1m restaurant and the latest addition to the GS client portfolio has opened in Manchester this month – with the promise of more to come before a glittering VIP launch bash in November. Bosses at Sakana have spent months creating a swanky new interior inside the old Chicago Rock Cafe building on Peter Street. And media guests got the first look – and taste – of food at the venue on Wednesday night before it opens to the public from Thursday.
