GS systems is appearing on stand G18 at next week’s Restaurant Show at London’s Earls Court 2. As the industry’s leading trade event, The Restaurant Show attracts thousands of restaurants, catering companies, dining pubs, hotels and bars looking to discover and source products and services.

The Restaurant Show is the only dedicated trade exhibition for the restaurant and food service industry’s foodservice owners, chefs and decision makers from the mid to top-tier restaurant and catering sectors. Delegates will be attending from independents to multiples and national chains.

An extensive and exciting live events programme is a highlight of the Restaurant Show each year. The Centre Stage features an exploration of international cuisines and artisan skills with some of the world’s finest chefs. Hourly demonstrations will excite, inform and inspire even the most skilled and established chefs.

Encouraging fresh new talent

The show also encourages  fresh, new and rising talent within the industry as highly talented and skilled teams compete in the live finals for prestigious industry accolades including The National Chef of the Year, Compass Group Chef of the Year and the brand new Event Caterer Team Challenge – ECats – launched to cultivate and celebrate up and coming catering talent.

“We’re looking forward to meeting and discussing how EPOS-driven business management tools are an essential part of the business mix for any successful restaurant multiple chain or strong independent with ambitions to roll out a winning concept,” said GS Systems managing director, Niels Nielsen.

GS works with many expanding multiples such as Baa Bar, Living Ventures and the San Carlo Group and numerous other hospitality businesses that are adding news sites and new sales channels to their consumer offering. San Carlo’s Cicchetti restaurant in London’s Piccadilly is featured above.
