GS Systems joins forces with the ALMR

Leading independent EPOS specialists GS Systems has joined the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers, an influential trade organisation championing the interests of the 123-strong group of independent companies that own and operate multiple pubs, bars and restaurants in the UK.

“We’re delighted to welcome GS Systems on board! In an increasingly sophisticated and technological age, highly professional specialists like GS really benefit our core operator membership with the advice and thought-leadership they offer,’’ said Nick Bish, the ALMR’s chief executive. “Market leaders such as GS joining our supplier membership contribute greatly to our vision to become the genuine ‘voice of the sector’.”

“Like the vast majority of the multiples in the ALMR, we’re an ambitious business with serious growth plans of our own. Key to our success is our ability to help hospitality multiples expand their own operations by getting smarter with automated EPOS and central management solutions. Their success is our success,” said GS Systems managing director Niels Nielsen.

“We’re really looking forward to getting to grips with the numerous challenges facing growing multiples and providing them with the solutions and assistance to be the best and most profitable operators that they can. The ALMR membership represents the future of the hospitality sector. We have a lot to learn from them and a lot to share too. It’s going to be a great journey.”

“We already work with many expanding multiples such as Baa Bar, Living Ventures and the San Carlo Group and numerous other hospitality businesses that are adding news sites and new sales channels to their consumer offering. What we do for them, we want to do for all the operators within the ALMR,” said Niels.
