Buy Art Fair has announced a partnership with GS Systems client and restaurant and pub group Living Ventures to launch a pop-up restaurant at this year’s events. The 80 cover Artisan Cafe will offer a selection of deli boards, baguettes, soups, salads ans well as cakes and biscuits and will be open throughout the event which runs from Friday 26 September to Sunday 28 September. Specially created for the event are a selection of cocktails including the Broken Rose, The Sapphire, Renaissance Man, Orange Blossom and Starry Night. Simon Potts, operations manager at Living Ventures, said: “We are delighted to be a part of Buy Art Fair, the new location of the fair means we can showcase the experience of Artisan to visitors. We feel the presence of the Artisan Café will enhance the overall visitor experience.”
